MY POLICY IS CONTINUATION, BASED ON RECONCILIATION, TOLERANCE AND COMPROMISE, TO FORM AN INCLUSIVE GOVERNMENT   

My goal is to continue where the current government stands, despite the many complaints, criticisms and tasks that are pending which are related to various issues that really need to resolve through negotiation and consultation. This is a common issue for new, fragile governments, especially in post-war countries like Somalia, which are still in the process of rebuilding their state institutions.

We all are aware that the formation of an inclusive Somali government is not an easy task, and it has come at extremely high price, many Somali people sacrificed their lives, some have given or lost their wealth, many have spent lot of time and effort. Therefore, we salute, pay tribute and we shall never forget those who contributed the rebuilding of a Somali state that is recognized by the world, and without them it would not have been possible for me to run for the presidency of the Federal Republic of Somalia in 2026-2027.

Somalia is one of the most resource-rich countries in the region, and it is the food bank of the Horn of Africa. If we unlock our mental faculty and effectively use the power of the Somali people, for sure we shall produce more than what our people need, indeed we can even help other countries. Therefore, genuine reconciliation, compromise and tolerance are the pillars of my policy to build an inclusive government that operates on equality and the rule of law.

My policy is cooperation and construction, not confrontation and destruction. I always believe in political solutions through negotiation, and compromise, I don’t believe violence and military solutions. Those who always advocate using their muscles are those whose minds are unable to solve problems! The interests of the Somali people are paramount, especially security and justice, come before everything else. The sovereignty and territorial integrity of Somalia is an issue that is non-negotiable and can’t violated, which is the basis of my leadership. My other goals are to fight hunger, disease, ignorance, and homelessness throughout Somalia.
